The Interview Process and Neurodivergent Frustrations

Last week I had my first interview since deciding to switch careers and it was a DOOZY. I experienced how the process is set up to mirror neurotypical needs and how certain requirements can jeopardize success for neurodivergent minds. We've got to make some changes to even the playing field and help companies hire a more fair representation of humans with all types of skills and abilities. 🙏🗄💼
