Our client, based in central Manchester, require a Principal Mechanical Engineer from the Building Services/FM sector. The role will oversee mechanical service contracts & compliance, with an emphasis on Mechanical & Pressure systems maintenance whilst overseeing contractors on site covering Gas, Water, HVAC & compressed systems.
