Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote, United States

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with inpatient clinical expertise to contribute to an AI training project. In this role, you will review clinical documentation, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and provide expert feedback to improve the accuracy, safety, and quality of AI systems in healthcare. Prior AI experience is not required; your clinical knowledge and nursing judgment are what matter.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Annotate and review clinical content and inpatient documentation, including nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, medical orders, laboratory results, and discharge summaries.
  2. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, patient safety, completeness, and appropriateness across various inpatient populations and care scenarios.
  3. Apply bedside nursing judgment and knowledge of inpatient workflows, standards of care, and documentation practices to validate and enhance datasets.
  4. Communicate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.
  5. Provide detailed feedback on evaluation guidelines, clinical edge cases, and workflow improvements to strengthen model performance.
  6. Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the review process.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Based in the United States and eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S.
  2. Recent inpatient bedside nursing experience.
  3. Broad clinical exposure and the ability to review documentation across multiple inpatient populations and specialties.
  4. Experience working in an academic medical center or large healthcare system, with exposure to complex patients, clinical workflows, and documentation practices.
  5. Previous clinical annotation experience with positive performance reviews is an advantage.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and clarity.
