Situation, Task, Action, Result — structure every answer this way to stay concise and concrete.

Prepare five core stories

Most behavioral questions map to a handful of themes: conflict, failure, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. Prepare one strong story for each.

Practice out loud

Rehearsing silently in your head is not the same as saying answers out loud — practice with a friend or record yourself.
